Job Title: Event Coordinator for Tendulkar Middlesex Global Academy
Reports to: General Manager Tendulkar Middlesex Global Academy
Location: Various locations within London.
Term: 12 weeks starting Monday 21st June 2021
Salary: £400 per week
Purpose of the Job
Tendulkar Middlesex Global Academy is looking to appoint a motivated, enthusiastic and open minded individual to support and help deliver three premium cricket camps during the summer of 2021.
Manage all camp communications prior, during and post camps.
Be the primary contact for all bookings for each camp including processing payments where necessary.
Make sure databases are kept up to date and data is stored accurately.
Work with the marketing team to create effective advertisements for each camp.
Produce a marketing plan for each camp alongside the marketing team.
Create social media content prior, during and post camps.
Help with the daily set-up of each facility for the duration of the camps.
Manage camp registration and distribution of kit.
Maintain a working relationship with the vendors and venue.
Manage the follow up process post camps and produce appropriate reports.
Work within budget for each camp.
Plan multiple events at once.
A positive solution-based outlook.
An ability to make appropriate decisions based on standards/norms/common sense.
An interest in learning a wide range a diverse set of skills.
Work in other areas of the Tendulkar Middlesex Global Academy and Middlesex Cricket business when necessary.
Preferrable Skills, Knowledge and Experiences
Organisation, Event Planning Experience, Time-Management, Sales, Attention to Detail, Team-Oriented, Strong Written and Verbal Communication, Strong Client-Facing Skills, Marketing Knowledge or Previous Experience, Initiative, Enthusiasm, Flexibility, Knowledge of all social media platforms.
The successful applicant needs to be able to drive and hold a full UK driving licence.
Be able to work from various locations including home based work.
Be flexible with working hours mid-week and weekends.
